About The Position

The Rental Sales Representative will be responsible for rental sales, developing and maintaining relationships with current customers, and generating new rental business within their assigned territory. In this role, you will: Rent Industrial and Construction Equipment by making in-person sales calls with existing customers and identifying new prospects. Develop, Maintain and Manage strong customer relationships, r esponding to customer inquiries regarding equipment, maintaining product knowledge, and researching equipment, parts or products to meet specialized customer requirements Manage the Rental Order Process across multiple departments to provide ongoing support and project updates to customers and various internal teams Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion using excellent communication skills and a teamwork mindset

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years sales-related experience
• Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment, with p rior experience in the construction or similar industry a huge plus
• Excellent computer skills
• College degree in business or sales field preferred (high school education required)
• Ability to present and sell at all customer levels
• Able to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative work environment.
• Minimum 21 years of age with a clean driving record
