Purpose This position leads crews and coordinates onsite workers for the construction, installation, and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include assisting with daily planning, assigning tasks, ensuring safety compliance, interpreting blueprints and work orders, collaborating with other departments and contractors, troubleshooting, performing craft-specific work, training team members, operating equipment, maintaining quality control, and completing supervisor-assigned duties.
