Requirements

Safety is a part of your day to day with a track record of completing high quality work
You have field experience in Telecom and Construction or similar Industries
You have the ability to read blueprints, understand industry terminology, can identify proper placement of equipment such as fiber and coax within a design
You are computer savvy and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Excel, PDF Editor, Google Earth, and the ability to learn custom software
You are looking for long-term projects
You appreciate a varied work environment-both inside and outside
You are willing to travel approximately 25% of time to local sites
You have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record past 3 years
MOS Codes 12166, 62E1G, 12A, 12N, 12T relate well to this position.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and manage detailed project plans and designs
Drive your projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management
Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, ensure work is completed on schedule, and verify quality standards are consistently met.
Utilize multiple computer software and app programs to update systems accordingly of daily productivity
Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings
Meet deadlines as set by the customer while maintaining a high level of quality
Maintain consistent communication with the customer, crew, and Area Manager
