Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom or similar industries
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maps
• Understanding of right-of-ways, redlining and whitelining, and comfortability with implementing changes when needed
• Hands-on approach to work and problem-solving
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record for the past 3 years

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans
• Oversee projects through all phases of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Conduct job site walkouts and lead project meetings
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with all key stakeholders (customers, hiring managers, engineers, crews, etc.)
• Verify that blueprints and project plans are feasible and accurate based on actual site conditions
• Travel regularly to job sites to meet with crews, perform quality checks, and implement updates
• Meet customer deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work quality
