About The Position
Rechtien International Trucks is hiring for an Outside Parts Salesperson in our Ft. Myers location! Come join our growing truck dealership in South Carolina as we grow our market of medium and heavy-duty truck parts sales. Outside Parts Sales Duties and Responsibilities: Growing CIT’s parts business and increasing sales in area of responsibility territory. Establishing contact with existing CIT customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. Monitoring industry trends to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. Customer-oriented focused on meeting the needs of customers. Traveling extensively within an assigned territory. Outside Parts Sales Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years heavy truck parts outside sales experience Experience selling heavy truck & engine parts (CAT, Cummins, Detroit, International) Experience selling "All Make" parts Procede operating system experience a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Rechtien International offers: Paid holidays, vacation and personal days Comprehensive Benefits Package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and employer match Salary based on experience/history plus commission Many opportunities for growth and advancement Fun and rewarding work environment Founded in 1981, Rechtien International Trucks, Inc. is a South Florida truck dealership providing truck sales, parts and service for commercial vehicles. Rechtien International is an authorized medium and heavy duty truck dealer offering a full line of services for International brand trucks, Ottawa yard spotter tractors. We are an authorized IC Bus parts, service and warranty service center. We are also an Idealease affiliate providing full service truck leasing and daily, weekly and long term truck rental as well as contract maintenance and much more. Our sales team is made up of a highly trained staff to assist with all of your questions about commercial trucks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years heavy truck parts outside sales experience
- Experience selling heavy truck & engine parts (CAT, Cummins, Detroit, International)
- Experience selling "All Make" parts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
