About The Position

Outside Parts Sales We are interested in every qualified applicant who is eligible to work in the U.S. We may in our discretion provide visa sponsorship on a selective basis. GENERAL SUMMARY The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for conducting sales with existing and potential new customers. Communicates with customers and leads, to identify and understand their product or service needs. Coordinate with purchasing and accounts receivable for warranty and invoicing concerns. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned: Involvement in day to day operations at Eclipse by constant communication with customers, service managers and warehouse department staff Offer professional, effective and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns Furnish resources/and billing invoicing with proficiency using Corridor program system for all outside customers Support multiple consignment stock locations overseas for Internal Affiliates Provided direct communication and support to the director of finance and controller in providing detailed information for daily sales and monthly reconciliations Collaborate with purchasing team to establish lead times on zero bin items Provide support as needed outside normal business hours including evening, weekends and holidays Note: 10% of support is handled outside normal business hours

Requirements

  • HS Diploma / GED
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated – ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to critically think through problems

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Experience with Corridor and SAP
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
