About The Position

The Outside Parts Sales Representative at Kendall Auto Group is responsible for selling OEM and aftermarket parts to clients, including auto body shops and independent repair facilities. Requirements

• Automotive parts experience, including inventory control.
• Knowledge of electronic parts catalogue, manufacturer programs, and warranties.
• Experience with manufacturer specific catalogues is preferred.
• Valid driver license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sell parts to auto body shops and independent repair facilities via phone, fax, email, internet, or direct sales.
• Maintain inventory records and assist wholesale customers with parts needs.
• Obtain parts information and resolve issues related to parts orders.
• Create invoices, process orders, returns, and warranties.
• Receive parts from delivery and serve as a back-up retail parts person.
• Visit wholesale customers daily and deliver parts when needed.
