Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of automotive parts is preferred, along with experience using Parts Procurement Platforms and Estimating/Management Systems such as Collision Link, Repair Link, Parts Trader, and CCC (training provided on dealership systems)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to represent the dealership with professionalism and integrity
- Ability to travel regularly, including out-of-state and overnight
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while prospecting new business
- Act as a trusted resource and liaison between clients and our dealership
- Follow up on orders, verify stock and delivery status, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with counter staff regarding delivery schedules and special orders
- Complete weekly call reports, expense logs, and mileage tracking
- Partner with the Parts Director on pricing, inventory, and customer account management
