About The Position

The Branch Manager serves as the designated Nevada license holder and Branch Manager for the company’s mortgage branch within the state of Nevada. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a loan officer with a successful track record
  • Active NMLS license and ability to obtain and maintain Nevada licensing
  • Proven ability to generate and close mortgage loans
  • Strong understanding of loan programs and products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain Nevada licensing and act as the Branch Manager for the company in the state

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an active Nevada mortgage license as required through the NMLS.
  • Serve as the designated Branch Manager associated with the company’s Nevada license.
  • Ensure all personal licensing remains in good standing and complete all required continuing education and renewals.
  • Cooperate with compliance staff regarding any Nevada regulatory requirements or documentation.
  • Promptly notify the company of any changes in licensing status or regulatory communications.
  • Generate a thriving book of self-generated business.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, offering expert advice and assistance.
  • Analyze financial information to determine loan eligibility and present various loan options to clients.
  • Attend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities to enhance your professional connections.
  • Actively participate in local organizations to increase visibility and generate business leads.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of loan applications while ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the loan approval and closing process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the loan process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
  • Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
