You need to be a motivated self-starter, as you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. The Basics The chosen candidate for this role will learn to manage their time, develop routines, and prospect for new leads. 60-90 day training program to teach you the Great Lakes way. Daily travel to customer sites required to achieve sales quotas within your assigned territory.
