About The Position

Curtis Lumber is actively looking for an Outside Sales representative for our Northern territory! This position is responsible for working directly with customers and contractors in face-to-face situations at jobsites and customer locations. The goal is to grow sales and the customer base through direct sales efforts. The representative will drive and expand contractor business by maintaining and growing existing accounts, aggressively prospecting to open and develop new customers and markets. Responsibilities include visiting jobsites and customers, meeting with customers for product selection and questions, estimating material needs from blueprints, developing business relationships, scheduling deliveries to satisfy customer needs while maintaining profitability, and establishing a business support team for customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry.
• 2-3 years of outside sales experience.
• Valid Driver License with a good driving record.
