The Outside Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals through various sales activities such as prospecting, cold calling, networking, and upselling. This role involves building brand awareness within an assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and demonstrating the value of products. The manager will also implement and sell innovative customer programs and provide service to a diverse client base including commercial businesses, government buildings (federal, state, and local), educational facilities, and healthcare/industrial facilities. The position requires travel within the local market area.
