About The Position

Star Sleep & Wellness (formerly Sleep Dallas) is growing, and we're seeking a new team member for our Outreach Team! This full-time, in-office role is based at our Frisco location, right at The Star. The Outreach Team is responsible for providing a stellar first impression to patients through phone interactions. You will be answering calls from new and existing patients, scheduling appointments, confirming upcoming visits, and following up with patients who haven’t yet scheduled. This role also involves coordinating with other healthcare providers who’ve referred patients to our practice. We’re looking for candidates who possess strong customer service skills, great phone etiquette, and a passion for helping others. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. No prior medical office experience is necessary—we’ll provide the training!

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from patients and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up with unscheduled patients.
  • Maintain relationships with patients from the first contact through follow-up.
  • Coordinate with referring doctors and ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Learn and use our scheduling software (AdvancedMD).
