Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related experience in a sales, direct marketing, or customer service role required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience working independently and successfully to hit ambitious sales targets preferred.
  • Demonstrated team player who enjoys collaborating with others to meet shared goals.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative problem solver.
  • Engaging personality with active listening skills and ability to demonstrate empathy with people.
  • Experience working in outreach, organizing, or coordinated campaigning.
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel and/or CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or community outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare system and its challenges for underserved communities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephonic, email, text and in-person outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of their initial visits with the Nest Health clinical team.
  • Use Nest Health's customer relations management tool to manage eligibility lists and meet targets for reaching and scheduling member families.
  • Build and cultivate relationships with community agencies to improve access to eligible Nest families.
  • Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to encourage eligible families to select Nest as their primary care provider.
  • Help build, refine, and leverage reporting and dashboards to meet activation/engagement targets.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • May work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals.
