As an Outreach Specialist, you are at the front door of the Motion MSK patient experience. Through proactive phone outreach, you’ll introduce patients to Motion, answer questions, and guide them toward the right next step in their musculoskeletal care journey. Spanish fluency is essential in this role, as many of the patients we serve prefer to communicate in Spanish. Many of the patients you speak with will be hearing about Motion for the first time, so your ability to quickly build trust and create a welcoming experience matters. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by helping people access the care they need. You’ll spend most of your day speaking with patients by phone while balancing empathy, professionalism, and performance expectations. The work you do shapes how patients first experience Motion and helps them confidently take their next step toward care.
