The Outreach Specialist is responsible for contacting insurance plan members via phone to collect and document basic personal and coverage-related information. This role supports care coordination, eligibility verification, and member engagement efforts by ensuring accurate and complete member records. This is a temporary remote, work from home position. Ideally working 20-30 hours per week (40 hours preferred).
