About The Position

We are seeking an Outreach Specialist / Medical Assistant (MA) to:

Conduct outreach services to UW Health patients with hypertension.
Assist primary care clinics with prescription refills.
Schedule appointments and order hypertension supplies for patients.

Requirements

• Completion of Medical Assistant program, licensure as an LPN or graduate of a school of nursing Required
• 1 year experience as a Certified Medical Assistant, LPN, RN, or other clinical experience Required
• Certified as CMA, RMA or CCMA within 1 Year Required
• If LPN or RN, maintain state LPN or RN licensure in state where employed Required
• Basic Life Support/CPR Preferred
