We are seeking an Outreach Sales Specialist responsible for engaging industrial and commercial customers on behalf of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. This role builds relationships with facility decision-makers, trade allies, and market influencers to identify energy-saving project opportunities, drive participation in incentive programs, and support overall program goals. The Outreach Specialist acts as the key connector between program implementation teams and the market. An effective Outreach Specialist utilizes a specific skill set, including sales and networking, a communicative approach, a willingness to handle administrative details, and an innate desire to be helpful.
