About The Position
The physician is part of a dynamic team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality, integrated care for patients who are experiencing or at risk for homelessness. The outreach teams provide integrated care in an innovative setting primarily based out of a mobile medical unit. The teams rotate through parks, permanent supportive and transitional housing, and social service agencies to provide chronic and acute medical services. The physician provides patient care and has indirect supervisory responsibilities for nurse practitioners and physician assistants who provide care on Circle the City's outreach teams. This is a safety-sensitive position.
