Under supervision of the Manager, Outreach Services, the Outreach Mobile Phlebotomist is responsible for covering at various Outreach Patient Service Centers (PSC’s), traveling to patient’s homes, Assisted and Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. This role involves day-to-day PSC and Home Draw operations, including customer service, training, patient registration, test ordering, venipunctures, specimen processing, specimen tracking, and supplies management, all in accordance with established policies and procedures. Employees are expected to role model the organization’s values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence, and adhere to the principles of the Lifespan Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. The position requires the use of a personal vehicle and adherence to the system-wide personal vehicle policy.
