About The Position

Principles Recovery Center is seeking an experienced Outreach Manager to lead referral development and territory growth across South Florida. This role drives clinical partnership-building, expands referral pipelines, and represents PRC within the adult mental health and substance use treatment community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of behavioral health outreach or business development experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP, IOP, and outpatient mental health treatment
• Excellent communication skills and experience managing a defined referral territory
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass DCF/AHCA Level-2 background screening

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Established referral relationships within the South Florida behavioral health network
• Experience in adult mental health, substance use, PHP, or IOP settings

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute outreach strategy across assigned territory; identify high-value referral partnerships and monitor market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with therapists, hospitals, detox programs, treatment centers, and community providers
• Educate partners on PRC's clinical programming, levels of care, and admissions process; represent PRC at professional events
• Collaborate with Admissions to support smooth referral-to-intake transitions; maintain accurate CRM documentation
