Outreach Lab Driver
About The Position
Work Shift: Variable schedule to include some early morning start times and some late evening end times. Also includes 1-2 weekend routes per month. This position may be eligible for a sign on bonus! The Outreach Lab Driver utilizes furnished vehicles to transport and deliver laboratory specimens, patient information, supplies and other necessary items within established routes within designated timeframes. This role performs a variety of tasks related to transporting lab specimens, mail, packages and containers in coordination with external entities as needed.
Requirements
- One year experience in customer service or as a courier.
- Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
- Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to MCHS's insurer.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with route driving and or forward facing Customer Service work history.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the locations of pick-up and delivery this position will handle.
