The position reports to the clinical supervisor and involves various responsibilities related to housing assistance for clients. The role includes submitting, compiling, copying, and distributing housing packages and subsidy/vouchers, as well as escorting clients to medical and housing-related appointments. The individual will serve as a liaison between the program and housing providers, assist in tracking statistical data, and research permanent housing options for clients. Additional duties include maintaining correspondence related to housing interviews, coordinating moves with key personnel, and providing outreach to engage clients.
