Position Summary: ANSER is seeking an Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to provide direct support for an Intelligence Community customer. This role will support stakeholder engagement and external coordination efforts. You will provide outreach planning, event coordination, and communications support to enhance collaboration with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting outreach, public affairs, or stakeholder engagement programs.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events or external engagements.
• Demonstrated experience drafting outreach materials.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance with polygraph.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate external outreach activities and engagement events.
• Support planning and execution of conferences and stakeholder meetings.
• Draft outreach materials and engagement summaries.
• Manage stakeholder contact databases and tracking systems.
• Maintaining content for Wikipedia/Intelink pages ensuring the information is timely and accurate.
• Coordinate social media content and publication schedules.
• Support development of visual materials and presentations.
• Provide event logistics and coordination support.
