About The Position
As an Outreach Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in our Commercial & Industrial Demand Response Program. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the technical aspects of the program, ensuring that all systems and equipment are functioning correctly. This includes monitoring demand reduction and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The outreach engineer also works closely with customers to provide training and support, helping them understand how to optimize their demand reduction and participate effectively in the demand response program. While you will work remotely in regard to a Honeywell office, you must be based out of the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana area, due to frequent travel to customer sites within the New Orleans Parish.
