About The Position
Menlo Spark is a nonprofit working to help Menlo Park and the broader Bay Area become climate neutral. We partner with local government, businesses, and residents to advance equity, economic vitality, and community health through innovative climate solutions. We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-centered Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to drive our community engagement and outreach. This role combines strategic communication and grassroots community organizing to advance climate action in Menlo Park, with a special focus on both Spanish and English speakers in the Belle Haven community. The Coordinator will help achieve our ambitious goals of supporting 150 additional households in decarbonizing their homes by July 2026 and advancing Menlo Park's broader mission of 90% building decarbonization by 2030.
