About The Position

The Perinatal Quality Collaborative of Vermont (PQC-VT) seeks an Outreach and Education Specialist to support community engagement and coalition-based quality improvement efforts aimed at improving perinatal and family health outcomes across Vermont. This position will foster relationships with healthcare and community partners, facilitate coalition activities, and help build members' knowledge and skills through education and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, psychology, community development, or related field and 3 to 5 years professional experience working in public health, human/community development required.
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary group settings.
