About The Position
Are you passionate about improving the lives of young people? Do you have the confidence and enthusiasm to engage with young people in the community? We are looking for a number of Outreach Youth Workers, who have the natural ability to build positive rapport with young people in the community. The role will include signposting young people 10 to 19 (up to 24 with SEND) to positive youth activities, delivering Extra Familial Harm Reduction workshops in schools & in the community, reducing community tensions through detached estate-based work. We are especially interested in hearing from candidates who have a clean driving license and able to drive our Youth Bus and deliver youth bus sessions in areas identified as lacking youth provisions. Various hours available Monday-Saturday, usually between 12.00pm - 8.30pm- at various locations across the Borough of Enfield.
