About The Position
Cordoba Corporation is a leading engineering and design firm based in California. We are seeking an Outreach Account Manager to support our Energy-Electric sector. The Outreach Account Manager will lead the delivery of outreach, engagement and customer support for electric utility overhead to underground conversion projects. The work scope includes managing client and customer interface and outreach, records management, and project execution. Desirable traits include attention to detail, diligent work ethic, quality control, and emphasis on customer satisfaction. The client’s undergrounding program is part of their vision to place customers at the forefront of their efforts to deliver safe, clean, and reliable power to the region. Our objective is to make the customer’s experience as easy and convenient as possible, minimizing surprises and disruptions to their daily lives. We are looking for a creative outreach strategist and team player who can develop, conduct, and lead outreach campaigns, understand and communicate the customer journey programs with the people skills to manage project inquiries and requests from the local community.
