We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant/RDA to join the Outpatients Department at London Bridge Satellite Sites (31 & 120 Old Broad Street, Canary Wharf) currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our outpatient facility offers exceptional care across a range of medical specialties from orthopedics to women’s health and as a Staff Nurse & part of a multidisciplinary team you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate high standards of nursing care As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing skilled clinical assistance to the nursing and medical teams. The successful candidate will participate in the assessment of patient care needs and implement and maintain the agreed standards of care. Further assisting with both patient and non-patient manual handling, cleaning duties and waste disposal, re-stocking & Phlebotomy In this role, you’ll help keep our clinical areas running smoothly by ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked. You’ll support our medical team by chaperoning, assisting with procedures, and carrying out basic observations and treatments, always prioritizing patient comfort and dignity.
