We are seeking Full-time and Part-time Outpatient Therapists to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in Charlottesville, VA. This position is ideal for licensed or license-eligible professionals looking to grow their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Must be licensed or license-eligible in Virginia (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Resident in Counseling).
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage services for clients, ensuring they have access to necessary resources and support.
• Develop individualized, written service plans to address clients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide immediate support and intervention during mental health crises.
• Conduct psychological evaluations and write diagnostic assessments, including those for behavioral, substance abuse, and economic self-sufficiency issues.
• Organize and lead team meetings to ensure coordinated care among providers and natural supports.
