About The Position

NFS Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. (Weekends available, evenings preferred) All clinicians are W-2 employees, offering either full-time salaried roles or flexible hourly fee-for-service positions. Our full-time clinicians enjoy stable, guaranteed salary compensation, even when clients cancel—as we believe your time and expertise should be valued. Why Real Help? Requirements

  • Have a Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
  • Will have Independent Clinical License within 2 years
  • Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach.
  • Able to work in one of our 5 office locations: North Andover, Dorchester, Fall River, Worcester, West Springfield

Nice To Haves

  • Current license in the state of Massachusetts a plus
  • Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy
  • Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change
  • Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners
  • Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system
  • Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed
  • Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary
