About The Position

The Full-Time Outpatient Therapist provides individual and group therapy services and conducts Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) in an outpatient setting. This role works with both adult and adolescent clients and focuses on delivering individualized, goal-oriented treatment within a supportive and structured clinical environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field
• Completion of a clinically based internship required
• Prior experience providing therapy to adolescents and/or adults in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with LOCAs, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and a collaborative, team-based approach

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adult and adolescent clients
• Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions as scheduled
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) and complete clinical documentation
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with licensing and program requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
• Participate in clinical supervision, case consultation, and trainings as scheduled
