Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s degree with state license (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
- Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.
- Strong group therapy etiquette and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide IOP, PHP group, and family sessions using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.
- Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
- Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
- Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
- Handle IOP and PHP groups.
