Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, and treatment planning for children and adults. The Outpatient Therapist delivers therapeutic services in accordance with Medicaid guidelines, collaborates with treatment teams, and ensures accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- Licensure (LCSW(A), LCMHC(A), LMFT(A), or equivalent)
- Must be licensed in North Carolina; associate or fully licensed clinicians accepted
- Meet the licensure and/or experience requirements as specified in the service description based on the person-served’s needs
Responsibilities
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and diagnostic assessments
- Develop treatment plans and provide individual and family therapy
- Communicate with supervisors and treatment team members
- Complete documentation per Medicaid and insurance requirements
- Monitor client progress and update crisis plans as needed
