Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience working with persons with co-occurring issues
• LMHP or LIMHP (provisional licenses are acceptable!)

Responsibilities

• Work positively as a team member within an outpatient facility, using an Open Access model to provide same-day services.
• Perform initial, comprehensive assessments to persons interested in receiving services
• Develop a biopsychosocial, individualized treatment plan for each consumer - and constantly update the plan with that person's needs, strengths, and issues as they arise
• Maintain a caseload of individuals working on both mental health and substance use concerns simultaneously
• Lead one to two group therapy sessions each week
• Utilize experience and education to provide expert therapeutic services
• Make a huge difference in the lives of people who need support to turn their lives around
