About The Position

The Program Therapist provides clinical services and coordination of care for individuals seeking outpatient services. Services include therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve an optimal level of emotional health, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services for clients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term family therapy and information and referrals as needed. This position is school based.

Requirements

Doctoral or Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical related mental health field.
Prefers a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills.
Must be licensed in the state of Arizona in social work, counseling or clinical related mental health field. Required Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LISAC or LMFT required. Minimum requirement: LMSW, LAC. LASAC.
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within one month of employment.
