About The Position

Outpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) — Evening Join the Journey of Hope Help patients build a life worth living beyond the hospital. As an Outpatient Therapist providing telehealth care, you deliver evidence‑based therapy that keeps momentum going —providing a calm, vigilant presence while others rest.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with state license (LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMFT).
• Strong telehealth etiquette and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SUD, co‑occurring, or severe mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT/DBT/trauma‑informed approaches.
• Complete intake/diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and measurable progress notes.
• Coordinate care with PCPs, schools, courts, and community supports as appropriate.
• Maintain a caseload with timely access and excellent patient experience.
• Ensure continuity of care overnight with vigilant observation and timely documentation.
• Manage after‑hours admissions and urgent needs; prepare a thorough handoff to the day team.
