person-centered therapy to amazing clients living with mental health and/or
substance use challenges in our outpatient clinic in New Bern, NC.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Outpatient Therapist  on the team, you’ll play a vital role in helping
individuals build brighter, healthier futures. You’ll conduct screenings,
evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals
and person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs,
and aspirations. You’ll also have the opportunity to design and lead therapy
groups, fostering connection and growth.

Requirements

• Skills: Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and group facilitation, crisis intervention, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Education: A Master’s degree and mental health licensure are required.  LCSW (A), LCMHC (A), LMFT (A); Dual licensure preferred LCAS (A)
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop meaningful treatment goals
• Develop person-centered plans (PCPs) that reflect each client’s unique voice, needs, and aspirations.
• Design and lead therapy groups, fostering connection and growth.

• Competitive salary: up to $65,000 for provisionally licensed candidates and up to $78,000 for fully licensed candidates in this full-time exempt position
