The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care. The Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. Requirements

Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling psychology, psychology, or related field required.
Direct clinical experience in a psychiatric, mental health, or a comparable setting preferred.
CA state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or Associate License required.
