The facility provides a full assortment of care which includes assessments, inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, partial-hospitalization, intensive outpatient psychiatric treatment as well as chemical dependency outpatient care. The Therapist is a part of the multidisciplinary team of outpatient services reporting to the program manager. They carry a caseload, facilitate groups, and conduct individual therapy using a combination of evidence-based treatment interventions consistent with research findings, education, training, and experience. Requirements

  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling psychology, psychology, or related field required.
  • Direct clinical experience in a psychiatric, mental health, or a comparable setting preferred.
  • CA state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD) or Associate License required.
