Salary Range This area has been designated as a Minnesota Health Professional Shortage Area (MHPSA). Employees who primarily work in an MHPSA will receive a 15% differential pay in addition to their base salary (which is already included in the salary range above). Clinical Trainee Base Salary $60,004.41 - $69,478.79/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential : $69,005.07 - $79,900.61/annually Fully Licensed Base Salary $68,755.06 - $79,611.12/annually Base salary + MHPSA differential : $79,068.32 - $91,552.79/annually The expected compensation range for this position represents a good faith estimate for this position and the specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, experience, and/or FTE.
