  • Facilitate Outpatient Program group therapy sessions and provide individual therapy to clients.
  • Conduct 6-8 Level of Care Assessments (LOCAs) per week based on program needs and standards.
  • Prepare materials for group facilitation and maintain client records in compliance with program standards.
  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Assess and evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and their families.
  • Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe, therapeutic group environment.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, referral sources, and the multidisciplinary treatment team.
  • Perform insurance reviews, document progress, and collect client co-pays as required.
  • Meet productivity expectations while maintaining a full-time, 40-hour workweek.
  • Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
  • Support other clinical programming as needed.
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in human services), or a related field, with completion of a clinical internship.
  • Strong understanding of mental health and co-occurring disorders.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluation.
  • Experience providing both group and individual counseling services.
  • Ability to engage families and coordinate appropriate referrals.
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and ethical decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support and work with diverse populations across the lifespan.
  • Working with clients presenting with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or more severe mental health symptoms, such as psychosis or thought disorders.
  • Prior experience in behavioral health, or higher levels of care preferred.
