Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Nice To Haves

• Expertise and certification in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and/or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health counseling services within a clinical setting.
• Supervise and help raise the next generation of therapists.
