We are currently seeking an Outpatient Therapist to facilitate Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups and provide exceptional, evidence-based care to our clients. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, with completion of a clinical internship or practicum.
  • Experience facilitating group therapy in an outpatient behavioral health setting preferred.
  • Familiarity with IOP models of care and evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Licensure preferred but not required (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse client populations and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions focused on mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews.
  • Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers.
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations.
