The Outpatient Therapist position is a full-time role based in Gettysburg, PA, with a pay rate starting at $19.38, which increases with experience. Requirements

• Master's degree, Psy.D., or Ph.D. in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field required.
• Current licensure as a Professional Counselor, Social Worker, Clinical Social Worker, or Psychologist or ability to become licensed preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with clients across the lifespan and with a variety of presenting concerns.
• Ability to comfortably navigate technology (telehealth platforms, EHRs).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or group therapy in office-based face-to-face or telehealth sessions.
• Complete required documentation related to client care, including progress notes, treatment plans, and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Participate in weekly team meetings.
