Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic Adolescent IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services to the Adolescent populations. The Therapist provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary, provides psycho-educational group exercises, and demonstrates an ability to form therapeutic relationships with the Adolescent populations. Hours for this position are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm-8:30pm This position is funded through December 2025 as part of the Psychiatric Hospital Grant with potential expansion through December 2026. Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in the Behavioral Health Field (e.g. Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) REQUIRED
  • Current Tennessee Driver’s License
  • Current HWC and CPR Certification
  • Experience in providing individual and group counseling to individuals in a psychiatric treatment setting; excellent telephone etiquette and tact; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crisis or resistant or negative toward organization; effective oral and written communication skills; basic data entry skills preferred; organizational, time management, problem solving, crisis management skills necessary; flexibility, creativity, and ability to manage stress necessary.
