Rolling Hills is looking for a dynamic Adolescent IOP Therapist to join our Outpatient Team. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for providing group counseling services to the Adolescent populations. The Therapist provides appropriate crisis intervention as necessary, provides psycho-educational group exercises, and demonstrates an ability to form therapeutic relationships with the Adolescent populations. Hours for this position are Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 3:30pm-8:30pm This position is funded through December 2025 as part of the Psychiatric Hospital Grant with potential expansion through December 2026.
