The position is a hybrid role to support the Mobile Unit and our Primary Care, Pediatric, OB/Women's Health clinics. Join our Wellness on Wheels Team! We are a community based Women's and Primary Care service. We provide free women's health and primary care services directly to those with limited access to care. This unique, community based role focuses on providing prenatal care up through delivery support, routine primary care, and health screenings - all from our fully equipped mobile unit, which includes onboard ultrasound and EKG technology. This role will travel to various locations in Ohio to meet the community where they reside. In this role, you will collaborate with Providers to ensure timely, patient-centered care. This role will require basic computer and equipment troubleshooting skills. You will also serve as a key resource for connecting patients to long-term care solutions.
