Requirements

Applicants should have an Associate's degree in nursing and a current RN license in the state of OH
CPR and de-escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

Assesses the patient and plan care within set timeframes and documents findings according to policies
Monitors patients for change of condition and responds accordingly up to and including notification of the physician
Follows hospital policy for medication administration
Delivers quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures
Assists and performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients
