Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Leadership experience or interest in developing leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage outpatient rehabilitation programs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and residents.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Provide clinical care to patients as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
