What We Are Looking For: One Behavioral is expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our dynamic outpatient practice in Houston. This full-time role will involve psychological testing, team management, and direct patient care both in person and via telehealth.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Experience working with adult and/or elderly populations in outpatient settings.
  • Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems.
  • Ability to manage a team with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must have a private, quiet space to conduct tele-video sessions from home.
  • Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Administer psychological and neurocognitive testing, both in-person and through tele-video technology.
  • Provide psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions using a hybrid approach (tele-video and in-person).
  • Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage and supervise a dedicated team, overseeing department logistics and maintaining a supportive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
  • Stay up-to-date with testing materials, ensuring inventory is managed and maintained.
